皆さんいかがお過ごしでしたか？
また大雨の被害が出ています。
毎年のように目にする大雨被害に心を痛めております。
被害に遭われました方にお見舞い申し上げます。

私は先週に受けたコロナワクチン４回目の接種で
３回目に続いてまたもや副反応で一日半ほど寝込みました。食事もろくに取れず熱と倦怠感で辛かったです。今回のビデオでは副反応が収まった日の朝ごはん、ミシンでクッションカバー作り、キッチンのオープン棚の掃除などを動画にしました。

私の普段の暮らしの一コマから何かしら皆さんの暮らしにお役に立てれば幸いです。

I received the 4th dose of the covid19 vaccine last week.
Following the third time, I fell asleep for about a day and a half due to side effects again. I couldn't even eat, and it was painful with fever and fatigue. In this video, I made a video of breakfast on the day when the side effects subsided, making a cushion cover with a sewing machine, cleaning the open shelves in the kitchen, etc.

I would appreciate it if you could help me with everyone's life from a piece of my normal life.
