私が尊敬している元機関士のジーちゃん。
引退して30年以上、機関車を運転したのはもっと時が空いている中、技術を見てみたくてD51シミュレーターに乗っていただきました。
数十年の時を経て、ぶっつけ本番で乗ってもらってます！

編集してたら目から汗が出ましたがこの夏が熱いのが原因です、笑
我々も技術に携わる以上、ジーちゃんのように極めていきたいと、再度認識しました。

機関車から電車へ、時代の移り変わりに柔軟に対応し、日本の発展に貢献してくれた先人たち。
自動車もエンジンからモーターへ。
我々の生きる今の時代も、そんな先人たちと同じような境遇にいるのは何かの縁でしょうか。

祖先が守ってきてくれた日本。我々が生きているのはこの方々のおかけです。先代に感謝しつつ、皆で日本を盛り上げていきましょう。

じーちゃんがまだいる方は、今のうちに色々聞いておくといいかもしれません。
じーちゃんが亡くなっている方は、昔のじーちゃんとの想い出を、思い出すきっかけになれば幸いです。
じーとの思い出が無い方は、じーちゃんてこんな感じなんだなって思っていただければ嬉しいです。
会いたいなぁ、ジーちゃん。

余談ですが、息子の名前はジーちゃんの戒名からとりました。
戒名は墨山清龍信士
　・習字の師範でもあった為“墨”
　・“山”のように偉大な男だった
　・生前の名前である“清”(ｾｲ)
　・優れた者に付けるといわれる“龍”
息子は清龍(ｾｲﾘｭｳ)と名付けさせて頂きました。

その成長も、どこかのタイミングでおいかけていこうと思います。

My grandfather, a former engineer whom I respect.
While it has been more than 30 years since he retired and more time has passed since he drove a locomotive, I asked him to ride on the D51 simulator to see his skills.
After a couple of decades, I asked him to take a bumpy ride.

My eyes started to sweat when I was editing it, but that's because this summer is hot, lol.
We realized once again that as long as we are involved in technology, we too would like to master it just like Gee-chan.

From locomotives to trains, our predecessors flexibly adapted to the changing times and contributed to Japan's development.
Automobiles, too, have changed from engines to motors.
Is it some kind of fate that we are in the same situation as our ancestors in this day and age?

Our ancestors protected Japan. It is thanks to them that we are alive today. Let us all be grateful to our predecessors, and let us all make Japan a better place.

If you still have a grandfather, you may want to ask him about various things while you still can.
For those of you whose grandfathers have passed away, I hope this will help you to remember the memories of your grandfathers in the past.
For those of you who have no memories of Ji-chan, I would be happy if you could think of how Ji-chan was like.
